Shipping Information

Yes, all our prices include VAT.

We generally aim to dispatch goods that are in stock within 3 days, and if there is going to be a delay we will contact you by email or phone to advise you of the status of your order. If the delivery schedule we advise is unsuitable we will be happy to refund or amend your order.

Product Information

As an online retailer we don’t produce a catalogue - all our products are shown on our website.

These are used to change the voltage of an electrical circuit, allowing varying light fittings to be powered. Always refer to the manufacturers guidelines when selecting the appropriate driver / transformer, and ensure the installation is carried out by a certified electrician.

Please refer to the “Details” section of each product page where it is shown whether a product can be dimmed or not. It is important that those products which are dimmable are only used with a compatible dimmer switch, which is capable of carrying the required load. If you are ever in doubt, please consult a qualified electrician.

LED technology is very cost effective both in terms of heat and energy, and therefore the initial cost of an LED lamp is higher but the savings are considerably greater. The LED bulb life is substantially longer than that of conventional or low-voltage equivalents.

IP rating denotes “Ingress Protection” from both dust and water. Therefore, the higher the figure the more durable the product becomes for more extreme conditions. Please refer to the IP Rating Chart page (click here) for clarification of what each IP rating means.
